Scope

These Terms govern website use and coaching/workshop services provided by Diravox Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202542839K) in Singapore.

We maintain a respectful, confidential environment. You agree not to share restricted materials or violate applicable laws.

Sessions are scheduled in mutual agreement. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Fees are shown on the Pricing section. Confirmed bookings will include agreed scope and timing.

More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: no fee charged or full session fee credited.
24–48 hours: 50% session fee may apply.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: session may be charged in full.

Coaching involves reflection and practice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
